april 20, 2005 i know, i'm a lazy bastard. so. the studio 52 thing. we're gonna be on a sampler cd (with 9 other melbourne bands) that's gonna be sent out to a crapload of record labels, radio stations, venues, and music industry peoples. we recorded a bunch of tracks at studio 52 at the end of march, and two of them are gonna be on the sampler. they sound AWESOME. the sampler should be out around the middle of the year, and we'll have some copies to sell. in other news, pat does something! i've put up 32 photos from a band practise we had at my house in january. check them out on the pictures page, and be dumbstruck by our beauty. -pat
march 6, 2005 hey kids. blimpage.com went down bigtime, therefore so did the good morning moose site. but it's all good now, except the forums have been wiped. so we just scored a deal of sorts with studio 52. more on that later. we recorded a few new tracks at joshypoo's house last weekend. we felt very, very special. i'm out. -pat
february 6, 2005 TACOS AHOY! has the moose been busy all holidays with magic fun/not fun-ess or what? i lied, they played 1 gig that they informed not many people of, but that's ok, it sucked anyway. they did bugger all. they practised like.....twice. josh and pat wrote some musics, some of which sucked, some which didn't. josh still has tuddy's drums(hint hint go get them tuddly). who knows what they'll do with their new year? (that's right, they own it.) if it wasnt for the millenium bug, they would be still using amplifiers and microphones. so luckily, it will now be just tuddy's drumming and josh and pat roaming around like morons (which they clearly don't do now). that was also a lie. i give up. die. december 11, 2004 yay, i did things! here's the short version of all the things i did to the site: updated the band bio, updated josh's profile, put a new picture in tuddy's profile, added the merch section, added some more pictures from mercy day, and added stuff to the links page. so there you go. and yes, now we have badges. they rock. buy them. you know you want to. you can see more about them in the merch section. classy, eh? in other news, a very important date is coming up. that's right. december 22. the anniversary of the release of the "le spork" ep. ah, memories. oh right, that sucked. -pat
november 30, 2004 woo! okay, now it's time to slow down. after practising like crazy, the gig at alex's party, recording on weeknights, the headwealth gig, and the subsequent party, we're pretty much wrecked. how about you guys? so two gigs have gone by, and we've churned out another little cd, which is basically dancing with ninjas, minus the crappy songs, and with a new one. we only have about five of these cds left, and we're not making any more, so if you want them, you'll have to ask us for them specifically. don't fret though, the new song will be on the album next year, and might go up on the site soon. so we might be getting some actual merchandise made up soon, in the form of shirts and badges. who'd be interested? and also, if we had a mailing list, would anyone sign up for that? anyway, i must be off. check out the discography and pictures pages, they're updated. ciao. -pat

october 13, 2004 finally, some extravagantipoocular news. we've scored ourselves another gig. yes, it's another one at tlc. yes, it's another half-hour set, yes, it's with two of the biggest bands in australia, bodyjar and 28 days. so yeah, we're just slightly stoked. i'll put it on the gigs page, and you can waddle over and check out the details. meanwhile, writing is coming along nicely. i mean, the songs themselves suck, but the writing process is great. and so, in conclusion, eating bleach is bad. -pat
october 3, 2004 gooood morning. i'm finally back from central australia, and i'm cleaning up the site. the tlc gig was awesome. thanks to everyone who came. i'll be putting up a lot more photos from mercy day soon, thanks to carly and mr c. legends. not a lot happening on the GMM front at the moment. we'll be getting more into writing new stuff, so we can get into the studio and record us an album. don't forget to fill out your application forms for the "win a date with josh" competition! that kid's getting lonely. so, until there's something important, seeya. -pat
